Our Team

Wola & Co. was founded in 2026 in Tampa, Florida with a mission to empower founders and small businesses owners to communicate the value of their brand- clearly, credibly, and without the jargon that usually gets in the way.

To me, the human language has always manifested itself as both a tool of communication and an outlet for artistic expression.

I put that instinct to work early, earning a double major in Public Relations and Sustainability Policy, followed by a Master's in Marketing from Vanderbilt University. While completing my studies, I was commissioned to work on a variety consultation projects. Most memorably, I developed a product concept and go-to-market strategy for Kroger's, which I pitched at their HQ in Cincinnati. Shortly after, I gained international experience while compiling a sustainability analysis and market expansion plan for The Greenhouse Hotel in Reykjavik, Iceland. Outside of solidifying my love for travel, these opportunities taught me that delivering a good brand story is universal- it’s communicative power is the same whether the audience is in a Fortune 500 boardroom or a boutique hotel near the Arctic Circle.

From there, I brought my knack for articulation to the aerospace industry- first as a Public Affairs & Government Relations intern at Gulfstream Aerospace, then as a Strategic Development Associate at BAE Systems Inc. I was an outlier in such a technical industry- surrounded by brains that had engineering, math and science degrees backing them (often times, multiple). However, I found myself thriving with my ability to take highly complicated, complex ideas and whittle them into an impactful message that consumers can actually conceptualize. I learned that if I can somehow frame a topic like thermodynamic pressure to be interesting, then I can communicate the story inside just about any brand.

Eventually I realized the common thread of my passion as a wordsmith, took a leap, and Wola & Co. was born.

Outside of client work, I’m usually training for a race, attempting a recipe that's a little too ambitious, or planning my next trip.
